TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the rustfarm.io website and marketplace operated by Wollomi Digital OÜ (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, each of which forms an integral part of this Agreement. In case of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1. Definitions

• “Service” refers to the rustfarm.io website and marketplace, accessible at https://www.rustfarm.io.
• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Wollomi Digital OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (company number 17498777), located at Päevalille tn 6-15, 13517, Tallinn, Estonia.
• “User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• “Rust” refers to the video game Rust, developed and owned by Facepunch Studios.
• “Items” refers to any Steam inventory items associated with the game Rust — including skins, clothing, tools, weapons, and other in-game assets — that are listed, bought, or sold through the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Have a valid Steam account in good standing.
• Not be prohibited from using our Service under applicable law.
• Agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where the use of such services is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each user may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bans, limits, or promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires authentication via your Steam account. By logging in, you authorise rustfarm.io to access your Steam profile data, trade URL, and inventory information as necessary for the provision of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Steam credentials.
• Enabling and maintaining Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your Steam account.
• Not sharing your account credentials or access with third parties.
• All activities that occur through your account.
• Promptly notifying us at info@rustfarm.io of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms, we detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, you initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith, or you engage in any activity that may cause harm to other users or the Platform. In the event of a chargeback dispute, your account may be blocked and retained for a period of 180 days from your last purchase. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@rustfarm.io. Outstanding balances, ongoing trades, or pending disputes must be resolved before account deletion can be completed.

4. Marketplace and Transactions

rustfarm.io is a marketplace for Steam items from the game Rust. By using the marketplace, you agree that:

• A platform commission of 5% applies to all deposits and withdrawal transactions. This commission is clearly disclosed prior to confirming any transaction and enables rustfarm.io to offer competitive, transparent item pricing without embedding hidden margins into individual listings.
• All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.
• Items listed on the marketplace must be legitimate Steam inventory items from the game Rust, compliant with Steam’s and Facepunch Studios’ Terms of Service.
• Account sharing or use of automated tools (bots, scripts) to manipulate listings is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to manipulate prices, exploit bugs, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without our prior written consent.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users of the Service.
• List, trade, or sell items that you do not own or have no right to sell.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wollomi Digital OÜ and its licensors. All Rust in-game assets, names, and trademarks are the property of Facepunch Studios. We operate in accordance with their respective terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Steam for authentication and item transfers. Use of Steam is subject to Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Steam or Facepunch Studios.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Service.
• That the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wollomi Digital OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wollomi Digital OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the rights granted to you under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which shall not be limited by these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
